These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our (mobile) website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation must be sent in written to our customer care office email and acknowledged in return to be effective or cancellation via online booking.

Cancellation received less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the total amount. No show or cancellation less than 24 hours will be fully charged on the total amount.

Refund policy

If your travel plans have changed, you can cancel your booking. Based on the cancellation and refund policy the refund will be processed with 3.5% bank charge of the total amount if you have book our services on refundable services. If you’ve purchased a non-refundable service, the full-charge will be applied.

All refunds will be made in the same method of payment used while booking. In case of a booking made through our third-party partner, the refund amount will be made to our third-party’s account on the cancellation of the booking. client will have to contact the concerned third-party directly to claim their refund.

Currency – price, and charges are payable in any currency acceptable to the carrier. When payment is made in any currency other than the currency in which the price is published, such payment will be made at the rate of exchange established in accordance with carriers/Credit Card Company/Banking regulations.

3. (Further) Correspondence and Communication

By completing a booking you agree to receive an email that we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers.

In order to duly complete and secure your booking, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address, or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.

Any claim or complaint against Aforative Media or with respect to the booking must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 30 days after the scheduled day of consummation of the product or service. Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 30 days period may be rejected, and the claimant will forfeit the right to any (damage or cost) compensation.

Due to the continuous update and adjustments of rates and availability, we strongly suggest making screenshots when making a reservation to support your position (if needed).

4. About Aforative Media and the support companies

The Booking is rendered by Aforative Media, which is a sole proprietorship, incorporated under the laws of Cambodia and having its offices at Thmor Meas Road, Siem Reap, Cambodia and registered with the Ministry of Commerce under registration number 50006082. Our VAT registration number is E116-1900000359.
